The doctor is egoistic, refused my extremely ill cat to provide saline at night around 8:30 pm just because his ego was hurt as we had taken opinion of another vet. They charge exorbitant fees, would highly recommend NOT TO TAKE YOUR PET HERE. The other staff is not polite/helpful. Before this refusal, during first saline treatment in the afternoon (Rs. 3000/- charged) no cat bags or any other facilities were provided to comfort/hold the cat in certain position during saline treatment, all this even after paying huge sum of fees. When asked to admit the cat for one day, I was asked to pay Rs. 10,000/- upfront without providing any treatment to the cat. Also the general consultation fees is Rs. 500 and first time its 700. No humanity, they do not deserve to call themselves Vets as they do not care for animals life all they care about is money minting from helpless pet parents.
