This is absolute disgusting experience faced with "Mangalmurti Media" prior to my baby birthday shoot. The concerned lady name is "Ravina" who initially discussed about my shoot details. I had asked her to send the confirmation along with other details in whatsapp. But these details were not sent by her and I had to follow-up with her just for sending details. After placing the order with them, I wanted to confirm for timings of photographer visit 2 days prior to event. However, the lady "Ravina" cancelled my call with SMS saying "Will call you back?" I waited for around 1 hr and called her back. To which she started shouting at me saying she is busy with her child admission. Things got ugly where she started screaming saying there are many more things to do apart from my child's birthday event, they are in market for many years and threatening me to cancel the order. Her ATTITUDE was really bad, she is Unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak with Customers. Further, she cancelled my order by refunding the advance amount, "WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING TO ME", prior to 2 days of my event. This is really horrible experience and request NOT to speak with Ravina (Attitude issues) and better to look for other photography options. There are lots of other options available apart from "Mangalmurti media".
