I cannot express how disappointed I am with the wedding photography services provided by Lens Queen Photography Our special day, which was supposed to be captured beautifully, turned into a nightmare thanks to this photographer. Here's why I strongly advise you to stay away from their services: Lack of Professionalism: From the very beginning, we had concerns about Lens Queen Photography professionalism because at the time of booking i saw him talking harshly to there coustmer on phone. I booked a drone for wedding at the last moment suraj gave an serverls excuses and done the shoot without drone They were late in our ring caremony , and we had to chase them down just to came at venue .This should have been a red flag. Poor Communication: Throughout the planning process, communication with Suraj(owner) was abysmal. We had to repeatedly ask for details, timelines, and other essential information. They failed to provide clear expectations, which made the entire experience stressful. Missed Moments: On the day of our wedding, we were excited to capture all the memorable moments. Unfortunately, Lens Queen missed several critical moments, including the venue decoration ,the dinner shoot of venue , the vidai shoot which is held at home he denied to shoot that vidai momemts, the kanya daan part and some family portraits. This is inexcusable for a professional wedding photographer. Low-Quality Photos: When we finally received our photos, we were shocked at the poor quality. The images were grainy, poorly exposed, and many were out of focus. It's as if they didn't even know how to use their own equipment. Lack of Creativity: Lens Queen Photographer completely lacked creativity in their work. Our wedding album looks uninspired and generic. We were expecting someone with an artistic eye to capture the essence of our day, but it was all so ordinary. Delivery Delays: The promised delivery date for our photos was missed by several weeks. We had to follow up multiple times to get any updates, and when we finally received the photos, we were beyond disappointed. Customer Service: Their attitude towards us was appalling. Lens Queen Photographer was dismissive of our concerns and refused to make any amends for their mistakes. They displayed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. In conclusion, I regret choosing Suraj(owner) to document our wedding. I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Don't make the same mistake we did. invest in a photographer who truly cares about their clients and has the skills to deliver on their promises.
